One of many Cosmic Births!

38 years ago today, at 6:18 am in the morning I was born to this body and to this life path. So this morning as I was driving into work at 6:15, I was contemplating on what I may have been doing at that exact time, getting ready to pop out and open my new eyes to the world. I could envision my Angels and Guides praying with me, blessing me and sending their Love and gratitude to me while I began my simbient relationship with this body just before I was born. So, as this was going through my heart and mind, I decided to use the Reiki Time/Space/Distance symbols, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, and send energy to that exact time as I was being born. Through the symbols, I sent the other symbols for a more powerful connection, along with my Love and gratitude to the Angels and Guides who were assisting me in the moment. For the first time, I sent them Love and gratitude for being there for me on this incredible new beginning and exciting journey. I also sent energy to change any negative energies into healing energies, that may or may not have been around me during the time of my birth. I also sent to my parents, the hospital and the medical folks who were assisting with my awakening. As we all enter this world with no fear and great excitement, we usually forget our connections right away as we go from being drooling poop machines, to mindful/heartfelt loving Beings. :-)

Remembering who we are, is half the battle in getting back to our Higher Selves. Light Beings; Healers; Love in consciousness; Christ Beings. On that note, I hope you all have a wonderful, and fulfilling day today! Think about this on your next Birthday. You may want to travel back and try to remember how the trip went.
